Matthew 25:35 - 40
"For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink, I was a stranger and you brought Me together with yourselves and welcomed and entertained and lodged Me, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me with help and ministering care, I was in prison and you came to see Me. Then the just and upright will answer Him, Lord, when did we see You hungry and gave You food, or thirsty and gave You something to drink? And when did we see You a stranger and welcomed and entertained You, or naked and clothed You? And when did we see You sick or in prison and came to visit You? And the King will reply to them, Truly I tell you, in so far as you did it for one of the least in the estimation of men] of these My brethren, you did it for Me."
The words of our Saviour and High Priest Jesus Christ
Tswelopele Upliftment Project (hereafter Tswelopele) functions under the auspices of Eldamah Ministries in the community of Delmas. Tswelopele is registered in terms of the Nonprofit Organisations Act, 1997 Registration number 033-486-NPO.
This ministry was founded in the year 2000 because of a vision born in the heart of Pastor Jan Neethling. Since 2002, Pastor Daniël Badenhorst became the visionary leader of Eldamah Ministries. The eldership of the church continued to facilitate the vision of Tswelopele from thereon. Different projects has seen the light since then and are currently operating to fulfil the vision of Tswelopele.
Our Directors at this point in time are Pastor Daniël Badenhorst (chairperson), Mr Kallie Schoeman and Mr Kobus Willemse.
The full financial administration for Tswelopele Upliftment Project as well for our two schools, namely Hosios Christian School and Masifunde Pre-primary School, is being done on the Pastel Bookkeeping System. Financial Statements are regularly compiled after ending our financial year at the end of March of every year.
Tswelopele strives to create a healthy, wealthy and educated society in and around Delmas based on Christian and Biblical principles that is primarily focused on the disadvantaged and uneducated in this region
The fulfilment of the vision is accomplished through several projects of empowerment. Project leaders are used when God rises up someone with a vision and a caring heart to champion a relevant need which serves our vision. We empower them to fulfil their calling.
Tswelopele is a Section 21 and Non-Profit Welfare Organization with NPO Number: 033-486-NPO that provides short and long term physical, economical and spiritual development to the poor society of Botleng just outside Delmas.
